Cooking Workshop

Choose from Niseko Gourmet's Japanese Home Dinner Workshop or Japanese Lunch Set and Supermarket Tour held in the Niseko Gourmet studio where participants prepare, plate and arrange, and then partake in a full meal together.  Cooking workshops are hosted by Sachiko Kageyama, and at the conclusion of the course participants will be given a recipe folder including over 25 recipes from the Niseko Gourmet Recipe Book. Transfers from your accommodation to the cooking studio are included.

We are happy to advise that Niseko Gourmet's Cooking Instructor, Sachiko Kageyama is expecting the birth of her

second child in early January.

We're also sad to announce that this means cooking workshops are only available until the 1st of December for the coming winter season.  But Sachiko will be back later in the year of 2012.
