About Japanese Cooking Workshops

Tuesday and Wednesday Cooking Workshops ¥8,000 per person

Choose from the Japanese Home Dinner Workshop (Course One) or Japanese Lunch Set and Supermarket Tour (Course Two)

Three hour programs - 11am-2pm

Held in the Niseko Gourmet  studio where participants prepare, plate and arrange, and then partake in a full meal together.

At the conclusion of the course participants will be given a recipe folder including over 25 recipes from the Niseko Gourmet Cooking Workshops.

Enrolment is limited to 6 people to ensure full participation.

Please choose one course per day for your cooking workshop. Courses are chosen on a first come first served basis, so place your reservation early to ensure you are able to take the particular course that interests you.

The Niseko Gourmet minibus will collect participants from the Seicomart in the centre of the Hirafu Village at 10.45am to transport you to the Niseko Gourmet cooking studio and return participants to Seicomart at the completion of the cooking workshop. For guests staying in An’nupuri, Niseko Vilalge or Hanazono the Niseko Gourmet minibus will collect you from and return you to your accommodation.
