POSITION AVAILABLE: INTERNATIONAL CHEF

POSITION available: reservations manager / DUAL ROLE WITH NISEKO GOURMET AND NISEKO BOUTIQUES

Niseko’s boutique catering company, Niseko Gourmet, is now recruiting for a Reservations Manager to join our team in a full time permanent role.

As the Reservations Manager you will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of guest reservations. You will liaise directly with customers and agents, in a timely manner, to ensure all aspects of their holiday and/or catering experience have been planned for and organized in line with company strategies and brand standards. You will work closely with all other departments to effectively communicate guest requirements and ensure the expectations of associates, guests and owners are being met, whilst maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling techniques.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, flexible
Remuneration: 260,000JPY/month with welfare benefits
Contract Length: 2 years, with opportunity to extend

POSITION AVAILABLE: DUAL ROLE / FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANT FOR NISEKO GOURMET AND GUEST SERVICES FOR NISEKO BOUTIQUES

Niseko’s boutique catering and holiday accommodation company’s, Niseko Gourmet and Niseko Boutiques, are now recruiting for dual roles as guest services and food and beverage attendants’ for the coming 2018-2019 season.

Niseko Gourmet provides breakfast and dinner parties throughout various properties in the Niseko area including Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village and Annupuri, and Niseko Boutiques is a boutique provider of premium holiday rentals. We intentionally operate as a small team so that we can focus on providing a very high quality and individual service.

What are we looking for?

As a Food and Beverage Attendant with Niseko Gourmet you will work in various properties throughout the Niseko area alongside a Japanese chef, hosting your own breakfasts and dinner parties. In Guest Services with Niseko Boutiques you will be liaising directly with customers regarding their experiences in resort, check-in & check-out process, assist with inquires from the guests relating to any services provided by Niseko Boutiques and our partners, snow clearing and driving guests around the Hirafu area within designated times.
