Celebrating Our 5th Winter Season In Niseko

Niseko Gourmet is proud to announce our fifth winter season of operation in Niseko.  To celebrate we have the launch of our new website including a new 'news' and 'recipes' section.  And so we look forward to sharing more with you about all things delicious in Niseko, Japan and beyond.

Niseko Gourmet was established in 2007 with the ambitious vision to provide the best possible service and in-house dining options to visitors in Niseko.  During the past 4 winter seasons, Niseko Gourmet has continued to grow and now offers both International and Japanese Dining Options for breakfast and dinner, Catered Breaks, Grocery Delivery, a Japanese Cooking School and the establishment of our sister company, Niseko Boutiques directed by John Toland and offering bespoke accommodation options.

Our success is both thanks to the dedication and commitment of my fellow colleagues, who in particular I would like to thank John, Sachiko, Chisato and JaJa, and also thanks to the support of our clients, many of whom are becoming friends we look forward to seeing year after year.

I would like to thank you all and promise that we will continue to excel in presenting interesting and exciting cuisine and maintain the best possible service for which we have become renowned.

It won't be long until the first flakes begin to fall for the beginning of the Niseko Winter 2011 2012 Ski Season and so I look forward to seeing you soon.
