Seafood and Wagyu Dinner

Niseko Gourmet’s seafood and wagyu degustation is presented by Tanaka San, former instructor of the famous Tsuji culinary institute and tv personality.

Chef Tanaka San will prepare and serve this 7 course seafood and wagyu course dinner to celebrate Hokkaido's natural produce.

Seven course menu

Smoked salmon, seasonal vegetables, yuzu, tomato, basil dressing

Shrimp, avocado mayonnaise and crackers

Grilled scallops, tomato and potage of sugar snap peas

Rock fish with pine nut butter sauce

Lobster, capsicum cream sauce, brocolli

Seared A5 Hokkaido wagyu beef steak, red wine sauce

Gateau chocolat, berry and mango sauce

*All seafood and meat are products of Hokkaido.

Price Guide

15,000JPY per person (Includes 8% consumption tax and excludes 10% service charge)

Minimum 90,000JPY per reservation plus 10% service charge
