METHOD
1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil and blanch the vegetables.

2. Place a slice of pork on a chopping board, and place the vegetables at one end.  Roll up.  Continue to do this until all of the pork and vegetables are used.

3. Make the marinade sauce by combining all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

4. Heat a little oil in a fry pan and add the rolled meat.  Season with salt and pepper.  Brown the meat on all sides.  Once the meat is cooking through remove it from the pan and set aside.

5. In the same fry pan add the marinade sauce and turn the heat up to medium to high.  Allow the sauce to simmer while stirring constantly until it thickens.

6. Return the meat to the sauce and mix well for about half a minute.

7. Remove from the pan and slice into bite sized pieces.  Serve.
