SUKIYAKI & SHABU SHABU
Sukiyaki includes thinly-sliced Hokkaido Tokachi beef (200gm per person) cooked in a sweet and salty broth with Chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, leeks, carrots, onions, enoki, shiitake mushrooms, grilled tofu and udon noodles. To accompany are fresh eggs and dipping sauce.

Includes rental of the sukiyaki pot, gas stove and 1x gas which will all be collected the following day.
Shabu-shabu includes your choice of either 200g of thinly-sliced Hokkaido beef, Hokkaido Makkari herb pork, or Hokkaido chicken thigh and breast per person, swished in kombu stock with Chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, leeks, carrots, enoki, shiitake mushrooms, cotton tofu, and harusame noodles. Ponzu and sesame dipping sauces are served as accompaniments.
