HOKKAIDO FINE DINING
Chef Jonas was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and has travelled extensively in Europe, Australia and Japan. For the past two years, Jonas has been living in Hokkaido, extending his culinary journey and focusing his cooking on healthy living, using local, seasonal ingredients.
Chef Jonas will present a five-course private dinner spotlighting Hokkaido's beautiful, seasonal, natural produce with attention to technique so as to accentuate the main ingredient.
