Chef Abe San has created a seven-course menu to showcase his passion for fresh Hokkaido produce and traditional Japanese cuisine.

Chef Abe San’s Kaiseki dining experience begins with seasonal appetisers and market fresh sashimi, based on seasonal availability.

These are followed by Hobayaki (Wagyu beef grilled on hoba leaves) and oyster shabu nabe.

A dessert of home-made yama-budo (mountain grapes) ice-cream will provide a sweet finish to this delicious seven-course menu.
