Sukiyaki

Sukiyaki includes thinly-sliced Hokkaido beef (200gm per person) cooked in a sweet and salty broth with chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, leeks, carrots, onions, enoki, shiitake mushrooms, tofu and udon noodles. To accompany are fresh eggs and dipping sauce.

6,500JPY per person plus 3,000JPY delivery

Includes rental of the sukiyaki pot, gas stove and 1x gas which will all be collected the following day.

A minimum order of four portions per menu item is required for delivery.

Shabu-Shabu

Shabu-shabu includes your choice of either 200g of thinly-sliced Hokkaido beef, Hokkaido makkari herb pork, or Hokkaido chicken thigh and breast per person, swished in kombu stock with chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, mizuna, leeks, carrots, enoki, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and udon noodle. Ponzu and sesame dipping sauces are served as accompaniments.

6,500JPY per person (beef), 6,300JPY per person (pork) or 6,300JPY per person (chicken) plus 3,000JPY delivery.

Includes rental of the shabu-shabu pot, gas stove and 1x gas which will all be collected the following day.
