A licensed chef, Abe San has years of experience in fugu (pufferfish) preparation. In this dining experience, he will create a special Japanese dinner featuring a variety of fugu dishes.

Salad served with hot sake flavored with grilled fugu fins

Sashimi served with waripon sauce, spring onion, chili, and grated radish

Tempura and seasonal vegetables

Shabu nabe with boiled Chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, mushroom, leek, cotton tofu, noodles and accompaniments

Zosui (Japanese rice soup) cooked in fugu flavored soup with vegetables, egg and spring onion

Vanilla ice cream served with mountain grape jam
