SEAFOOD AND WAGYU DINNER

A gourmet seafood and Wagyu degustation menu presented by celebrity chef Tanaka San, a TV personality and former instructor at the famous Tsuji Culinary Institute. Chef Tanaka San will prepare and serve this seven-course feast to celebrate Hokkaido's natural produce.

Grilled scallops, tomato and potage of sugar snap peas

Rock fish with pine nut butter sauce

Seared Hokkaido Kuroge Wagyu beef steak, red wine sauce
