Chef Tanaka San will prepare and serve this 7 course seafood and wagyu course dinner to celebrate Hokkaido's natural produce.

Smoked salmon, seasonal vegetables, yuzu, tomato, basil dressing
Shrimp, avocado mayonnaise and crackers
Grilled scallops, tomato and potage of sugar snap peas
Rock fish with pine nut butter sauce
Lobster, capsicum cream sauce, brocolli
Seared A5 Hokkaido wagyu beef steak, red wine sauce
Gateau chocolat, berry and mango sauce
