Chef Tanaka San has created a five-course tempura menu that utilises the best of Hokkaido's natural produce. Tempura is Japan's famous, historic and unique method of frying.

10 light pieces of seafood & vegetable tempura, served with 3 kinds of Japanese salt

Seasonal salad with scallops and a yuzu dressing

Ten Chazuke (tempura rice) with dashi and green tea soup

Red bean steamed bun tempura
