Chef Annie will prepare and serve a four-course, family-style Thai dinner using local ingredients and Thai accents.

Choose one dish from each category - starters, salad/wok fry, soup, curries. Only one choice is permitted per category for the entire group.


  • Por Pea Thod 
    Deep-fried prawn and minced pork spring roll served with plum sauce
  • Fresh Spring Rolls
    Grilled pork with vegetables, wrapped in rice paper served with sweet chilli sauce
  • Gai Satay
    Chicken grilled on bamboo skewers and served with a side of peanut sauce and cucumber pickle

Salads / Wok fly

  • Yum Nuae Yang
    Grilled beef salad with grapes, tomato, and cucumber with a spicy cilantro dressing
  • Larb Gai
    Minced chicken with red onion and ground roasted rice, mixed with spicy lime dressing
  • Garlic & Pepper
    Stir-fried prawn and squid, onion, bell peppers in fresh garlic and pepper sauce
  • Pad Phak Raum
    Stir-fried broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage in oyster sauce


  • Tom Yum Talay
    Market seafood, lemongrass, galangal, fresh chilli, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, lime juice and mushrooms in spicy broth
  • Tom Kha Gai
    Chicken, lemongrass, galangal, fresh chilli, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, lime juice and mushrooms in coconut soup
  • Tom Jued
    Clear soup with pork balls, seaweed, tofu, carrot, and Chinese cabbage


  • Beef Green Curry
    Hokkaido beef, basil, eggplant, and zucchini in a green coconut curry. Served with steamed rice
  • Gang Phed Ped Yang
    Grilled duck in a creamy red curry with grapes, tomatoes, basil and pineapple. Served with steamed rice
  • Gang Kua Hoi Malang Phoo, Sapparod
    Coconut curried mussels, pineapple and basil. Served with steamed rice
  • Khao Soi Gai
    Chicken, khao soi creamy curry and onion. Served with yakisoba noodles

*Season fruit plates will be served together with tea and coffee.
