Sushi Lesson Class

Learn how to make sushi in a fun, private class in a chalet.
Classes are relaxed, delicious and always hands-on.

Chef Tanaka and his English-speaking assistant will come to your chalet, set up the kitchen, and give you a memorable cooking class. We will provide all the ingredients and necessary utensils.

 

Menu:

Sushi Lesson Class: 13 kinds of sushi, Tamagoyaki (egg omelet)

You will learn how to make sushi rice, sushi, and tamagoyaki. This is a meaningful lesson that is fun to make and delicious to eat, where you will also learn techniques on how to make sushi and how to cut fish.　

For reservations for the private cooking class, please contact reservations@niseko-gourmet.com. The class will be held from 10:00 to 14:00. Please let us know your preferred date.

1-6 people at 150,000yen

Over 7 people at 25,000yen per person

Plus 15% service charge, Includes 10% consumption tax
