NISEKO GOURMET ASSISTANT

This role is based in Kutchan, Hokkaido. This is a part-time role throughout the entire year.

 

MAIN TASKS:

General reservation and booking management

Liaise with Japanese chefs and kitchen staff

Ordering with our local suppliers

Marketing support (website details and photo shoots)

Stock control of food and consumables

Inventory keep

Liaison with our overseas teams

Training of catering hosts

 

ABOUT YOU:

Independent, hands-on team member

Good computer skills

Ability to work flexible hours

Good English skills

Japanese National

 

OFFER:

1,500 JPY per hour

Starting date per April 2025
