Includes appetizer, sashimi, tempura cooked to order, steamed dish, mizutaki nabe, Zobui and dessert, this course allows you to enjoy Japanese cuisine prepared by Chef Tanaka using seasonal and dynamic fresh ingredients. MENU: Soaked mushrooms and greens in dashi soup with shimeji, enoki, shiitake, maitake, chrysanthemum yuzu, sesame Sashimi served with negi, ponzu, plum, chili and grated radish Tempura with extra large prawn, sillago, squid, sweet potato, shiitake mushroom, salt, lemon Salmon Shinshu Mushi(steamed) with Soba, dashi, wasabi Mizutaki chicken hotpot with chichen ball, negi, kuzukiri Zosui with egg and negi Assorted seasonal fruits Price Guide: 26,000yen per person Prices include 10% consumption tax and exclude 15% service charge An additional 5,000yen will be charged for over 15 people Reservations and payments must be made at least three days in advance 1,000yen surcharge per person (500yen for children) during Christmas (24-26 December), New Year (31 December and 1 January), and Chinese New Year (17 February 2026)
