Course Description
Enjoy Japanese home cooking by local chef Sachie. The meal features a starter, meat or fish, rice and a dessert course. MENU: Starter: Okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake), Spinach with peanuts, Potato salad (Niseko potato) Course A - Main: Chanchan Yaki (grilled salmon) and Rice: Taco rice OR Course B - Main: Beef Misonikomi (stew) and Rice: Chirashi sushi topped with several kinds of sashimi and vegetable of the day. Dessert: Kinako ice cream Price Guide: 16,000yen per person Prices include 10% consumption tax and exclude 15% service charge An additional 5,000yen will be charged for over 15 people Reservations and payments must be made at least three days in advance 1,000yen surcharge per person (500yen for children) during Christmas (24-26 December), New Year (31 December and 1 January), and Chinese New Year (17 February 2026)
