Course Description

This tempura course allows you to enjoy to the fullest the ingredients carefully selected by Chef Tanaka, including natural big prawns. Menu: Sashimi served with negi, ponzu, plum, chili and grated radish Tempura of natural big prawn, sillago, squid, sweet potato, lotus root, shiitake mushroom, eggplant, asparagus and leek with dashi soup and salt Seasonal salad yuzu dressing Cold somen noodle with yuzu and mitsuba Assorted seasonal fruits Price Guide: 26,000yen per person Prices include 10% consumption tax and exclude 15% service charge An additional 5,000yen will be charged for over 15 people Reservations and payments must be made at least three days in advance 1,000yen surcharge per person (500yen for children) during Christmas (24-26 December), New Year (31 December and 1 January), and Chinese New Year (17 February 2026)
